need to remove mystart.incredibar

i got this today with a download, cant seem to get rid of it, so far i have gone to control panel and cleared all related files. then i went to the spanner at the top right and removed all search engines apart from google.ie the thing is still there, my first page i open is the usual google chrome with all recent pages…

the thing is still there, my first page i open is the usual google chrome with all recent pages displayed but if i open a second page i get their search engine with this at the top of the page

any help would be great, i am thinking of doing a system restore ?

Download Spybot serch and Destroy or Malwarebytes, do an update, scan then remove problems, all should be good then.
