Outlook Express Issue on XP 3

A client of ours has an issue with Outlook Express. Up until yesterday, whenever he opened the app, it asked for his pw and not until he entered it, would it show his inbox etc. However, today he was getting his passing automatically entered. I fixed this by choosing to not remember pw, but now his inbox is displayed…

A client of ours has an issue with Outlook Express. I fixed this by choosing to not remember pw, but now his inbox is displayed regardless, even when cancel is hit and the pw is bypassed.

Any ideas how to get this back to closing completely out of his acc once he closes the app?
