You won't get taken on as an apprentice putting up a post on Boards.ie.

You're going to need to go to every studio out there, talk to them and probably provide a portfolio of your art. Even then, the chances are against you. Tonnes of people want to be tattoo artists these days, but few succeed and even fewer again are truly excellent at what they do.
