RTE player app not working on iPad

The iPad app won't work. There's no programmes in the various menus instead "there's no programmes currently to show" is shown. It works fine on my iPhone, programmes show up fine. I have reinstalled and rebooted the iPad but no change. Any ideas?

having a similar issue here - player just buffering - been like this about 2 weeks
