    Do these people realise that Cannabis itself is not addictive?...It's the people that smoke it that have addictive personalities. If she wasn't rolling him 3 joints when he's on his way home from work....she'd be buying him glue to sniff in the shop. The cannabis is not the problem. It's the people.

    The whole way the health sytem is run here is a joke. Medical treatment should be free for all, the French system though expensive is fair.
