look up adverts for a cheap USB turntable, nothing fancy needed.

EDIT: if you're going to go to the bother of ripping vinyl, wav is the way to go, to preserve the quality, mp3's are compressed, and in the compression cycle, lose alot of quality and leave an artifact behind.

if you're not bothered by shít quality, then by all means use the youtube stuff. personally i use digital music in sets, and wouldn't be able to use poor quality stuff.
