My choice would be the Go 1000 or Go 1005 with live services.
Have you a budget in mind?

Whats the difference, and whats the Live Service doing?

The 1005 has a bigger screen.
Live services gives you live traffic, weather and live searching.
You can search google for places instead of just what's on the map.
