    You need to work on your admins skills IMHO if you are to attract more people.

    People need to be aware of how it works before it starts and ending the first game after 30 minutes when some of us (i.e. me) were still alive and well isn't going to keep people playing.

    You need to let people know how many are left alive.

    After a certain time, let's say 10 minutes, do as in the movie and fill up the chests at spawn with goodies and announce it. This brings people closer together as the problem with the map is that you need to force the 'endgame'. It's too big for just 2 or 3 people to randomly find each other.

    Ye man i understand that, but that was hopefully the first of many to come. Mistakes will be fixed along the way.

    Though the chests were refilled and a server broadcast was made.
    The biggest mistake was oping dead players, but we'll learn

    It should also be possible for ops to remain invisible to the other players (most likely a mod?). I think it helps as you're not distracted by people flying about all the time :)

    Ye definitely, We'll have to work out a few issues, but the main thing is we learned alot this game.

    A backup has been made so we can quickly restart the game from now on.

    There is a game going on for 10 :D, but i can't make it to that one :(

    Ponster, I think there is a vanishing plugin available that allows the user to go invisible, perhaps flying dead players could be made invisible to spectate?
