Twitter is nothing but self indulgence for the self important.

I'm sick to death of Irelands binge drinking culture and how getting bolloxed each weekend is an excuse for acting like obnoxious sh*ts and play it down as just 'having the craic'. If your not blind drunk, you're a dry sh*te.

The astounding lack of personal responsibility that many people have for their behaviours. Everyone has a choice in how they act and react to all situations. You can't control anyone around you and nobody can control you either, without your permission. I can't make you feel anything, it's your choice how you feel.

Michael Jackson was a good entertainer - but come on, the hype and glorifying of him is just daftness.
...And that was before he even died.
He didn't invent music/dance as such - he was just a good entertainer. Thats all. Next one up please...

Ireland and the rest of Europe had better grow up and accept the future need for an EU super-state if we want to have a chance to keep our current living standards against the economies of china and india which are going to run us into the ground by the middle of this century if we don't get our act together and start being more like Germany.

Actually on this, the uniforms worn by the Francoists in Spain are lovely.

Women's clothing stores giving their plus-size ranges aspirational names such as "Inspire", "So Fabulous", "Gorgeous", is ridiculous. A size 30 woman probably doesn't like being that size, nor is it healthy, so why give their ranges such patronising names.

Brilliant!

Have a look at some of the women-bashing threads on here: you'll see that they're slightly more subtle.

You need to start with complaining about Irish women being too ugly or picky, then work your way up to Hitler after about 100 posts, at least.

The Heineken Cup does not matter to the big French and British teams . This is why they field second string sides to half empty stadia. Their domestic leagues are where it's at. Ergo it does not matter at all and should not be considered a European Cup if the best of the best are only half interested. An inconvenient truth if ever there was one. The Six Nations is much closer to the idea of a European Cup than the HC and this is where Irish rugby should be aiming to excel.

I am prejudiced! And not against one sort of people, but many!

I am prejudiced against some Muslims, the ones that have their women run around in full cover ups (burquas)! My favourite ones are the converts, be they male or female. I am sorry, I know they say that Islam respects the human individual, but somehow I really struggle to see it. Hope I didn't offend anyone now, I just find it quite difficult to come to terms with.

I also have a general distaste for anorexic people. I love to tell them that they are fat, just to see their faces because I can't take the disease seriously. I know that it's mean, but I just can't help myself. The same applies to people displaying self-harm scars etc.
