For chimney cleaning, the best IMO in Mullingar, is Colm Allard. I use him every year and he does a great job. He is the only full time chimney cleaner in Mullingar (others dabble in other activities). Need to book early. Charged me €35 last August. Phone: 044-9226436. Mobile: 087-7936719.

Window cleaning. I see this crowd around town. www.ndcleaning.com I have never used them so I don't know what they are like. They seem to be a big setup - maybe a local guy, with a smaller operation, would suit better? Maybe check local papers.
