    Nice guy all the same...

    Oops......just dropped another name there......

In fairness he's very good at it. Begrudgers or not, we've watched a pretty dire show tonight folks! But whe engledink did his recap, he made the idea of interviews with Jerry and Jedward sound like it was great. If you can name drop them with pride, you know you're doing something right

my wide-awake-15mth-old has stopped for all music on the show tonight except the grannies, not a good sign, as he loves music.
have enjoyed this show a bit more then usual, but DLB interrupting people and inane questions just annoys me. I like Jerry Hall and she can be good crack, but he got nothing.

Will anyone else be as relieved as me when this LLS season is over?

Hopefully I'll be enjoying Miriam's massive top tens during the summer break

The audience applauding themselves because they enjoyed the song. They deserve a medal!

Could we be so lucky as to see the Beeb making him an offer he can't refuse..?

    "Twas very very good!"

Aww, that's the one! How could I forget the fox too :)

Ok, so it doesn't sound too much like Englebert's song though.

Is it true the CIA decided to use water boarding as a form of torture because the alternative they had in mind, forcing detainees to watch the LLS, was deemed too cruel and painful?

I can't figure it out. Has anyone heard his BBC radio stuff ? I can't imagine he'd be a hit. He's hardly Wogan

How many times have Jedward been on The Late Late/Brendan O'Connor? This is getting ridiculous.

Thats true but there's always the Miriam show...;)

It's always high noon on my sundial when I see her on telly. She's all woman. Imagine being in bed between her and Jean Byrne. The mind boggles

We need to meet up once a weekend here somewhere on the television thread? I love our wee chats and moans!

I think he is better on the BBC. It is a much tighter format, he doesn't have to talk to real people.

He is filling in for Chris Evans on the Breakfast Show, if that goes well he will definitely go there full time.

Last year we had Miriam and Gay Byrne on at the weekends to keep us going, I'm sure they will have something similar again :)
