On the subject of brownies, I had the sexiest chocolate fudge brownie mc flurry in mc donalds for lunch today... Just sayin.. :L0 -

NOM.... well tbf I did have a healthyish lunch apart from scoffing the brownies - pasta with courgettes, mushrooms, green red and yellow peppers, carrots, sweet potato and tomatoes :cool:0 -

Oh no - stop drinking diet drinks! I read somewhere that the chemicals used to create the additives that make de-caf and diet drinks cause you more damage than drinking regualar sugar-loaded drinks
SOUNDS DELISH - sweet potato is so much nicer than regular potato
I'm making lasagne tomorrow - using the OT recipe but I've never made it before so hope it goes okay (actually I'm lying, I did make it before but it turned out disastrously :P)0 -

But most 'sugar free' soft drinks contain a sugar replacement which has been linked, to cancers (not proven though).0 -

Pretty controversial subject. It has been claimed that it contributes to weight gain, increases the risk of cancer and that it triggers migraines, although no study has backed these claims up0 -
