Modeling..

    Hiyas, looking to get started in modeling, for 3d pictures and/or animations.

    I know theres quite a few programs i could use and plenty of tutorials i can find with google, but i'm just looking to get some hands on advice on what programs are best.

    You can use any program you want as long as it has a plugin for the engine you want to make models for. If you can get it, you should get 3d studio max. Most developers use it and there are loads of tutorials out there.

    I dont think he wants to model for any game engine, just artistic reasons?

    Anyway Vac if its for artistic reasons check the art/animation board.
