Fueling issue - 98 Mazda 323 1.3

Having some problems with the car at the mo. It's starting to jump/jerk(ooer :pac:) under acceleration, usually in 2nd or 3rd. Spark plugs only swapped out about 2-3 months ago. I'm thinking it might be spark plug leads or ignition coil. Any other ideas what could be causing the problem or what else I could check? Thanks.

Possible Maff or Mass air flow sensor??
