Hi.

I Have my learner permit about 2months now and i want my full really bad. Do i need to wait 4 months or can i apply for it now ?

If you just got your learner permit two months ago, you need to do 12 EDT lessons. A specific sylabus for learner drivers. During that your instructor will fill you in on when to apply.
