Timing Belt - Opel Vectra

    Quick one.. 00 Opel Vectra 163k miles done.

    Need to get the timing belt done..

    Does the water pump need to be done when doing the timing belt.

    Is timing belt,tensioners and labour for 250 yo yos good value?

    If its with an OE spec manufacturer timing belt then its a good price.

    Its always recommended that the water pump is changed with the belt on engines where the timing belt drives the pump.
    We'd be around €320 including water pump, coolant etc on most petrol vectra's of that time for referance.

    It would be specific to the engine type, not the year or car model.

    so got a price.. the whole job, belt and water pump..

    Your certainly not getting ripped off there anyway but you could get it a little cheaper.
