problem with 01 fiesta

It is a 2001 reg fiesta zetec model, the one with the fog light built into the front bumper When I flash the lights the lights stay on, the stalk apparently does not return to the start position. Also the cancel indicator does not work for either side. Can anyone tell me how to fix this please
