My sister and the solicitors are the Executors but both refuse to speak to me and let me know what is going on.I have told the solicitor that i am going to report him to the law society and i will do it,but i need some advice first..So can anyone help me.I don't have the money to get a solicitor of my own.......Please help!!!

Get everything in writing. Complain in writing that you have not been given any information. I presume that you definitely are a beneficiary and you can check this by requesting a copy of the will from the Probate office.

You don't need a solicitor to complain to the Law Society so if everything is as you say above, I wouldn't hesitate in making a complaint if no response if forthcoming in writing.
