Permit says date of issue - 7 April 2011 on the left page

But it also says valid from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2013 on the centre page.

    EDT or not?

If the date of issue states 7th April then I'm afraid you'll have to do the EDT which affects all first LP's issued after 4th april.

Rang RSA - it seems the "from" date is the important one. Confusion arose as usually the issue date and the from date are the same, but due to all the rushed applications at that time some dates differ.

So EDT not necessary in this case:D
