    hey,

I have a full category b licence. If i were to pass my theory in category m, would I receive a learner permit in this category or would it just be added to my full licence with something to indicate that I am a category m learner on it?

I think the tax office will just stamp it onto your licence but i will stand to correction on this one.

Catagory M is under the AM theory test. If you pass you'll have to re-apply for a new Learner Permit.

To be honest you're better off applying for an A Learner Permit as you'll still have to do the IBT for a moped if you want to ride on your own and apply for the test and it will cost near enough the same to do.

Kill 3 birds with the one stone (A1,A,M) and go for the Full A especially with all the new regulations coming in next January.
