    Well I could try and do it tomorrow but it wouldn't look pretty ;) not that it looked too pretty either this morning.
    The dawn chorus and I don't mean the birds had me awake just after 6.

    Took yesterday as a 'sit in the garden and relax' day.
    5 miles this morning, pace 8'52.

    Really comfortable run.

    Met some crazy ultra runner on route too :)

    19 mile Lsr this morning with the group in 3 hours flat, pace 9'29
    This was a great run, felt comfortable throughout and could have easily have added a few more miles on at the end. The company made the miles fly by too.
