Removing a Radiofrom 2005 Toyota Dyna 100

I have to remove a radio from a Dyna truck and put in a new one over the weekend and i started today. I not very easy, do i need to remove some of the dash? How? Or is the an easy way? I have changed plenty radio before but never seen any as hard as this one. Please help.:)
