Anyone know where I can download one, can't find one anywhere. Car is a B5 with a 2002 B6 1.6 AZL engine so service manuals for both would help?

Your nearest Audi dealer should be able to get you one for a small charge. They're generic and not specific to engine type or spec - they cover all bases.
