Maybe if you ring the 074 number, they might have a voicemail with FAQs

Got the answer machine on the 1850 number which only works during office hours even though it says 24/7 so called directory enquries and was given home number for mr britton 074-9721463 which does work..going to call him as policy and ads all say they are avaliable 24/7 for breakdown assistance!
