Do the garages offer finance to roi residents?

If not, and you need to pay cash, how do you arrange that? Sterling draft?

I used starling draft, as I could get one from ROI bank at best exchange rate. Cash was way worse.
However I would always prefer using cash, but there doesn't seem to be any place in Ireland to get foreign currencies at affordable exchange rates.
