One of my parking lights is on and it won't turn off

I've turned everything off and on and off again a heap of times and it still sits there mocking me and draining my battery, any ideas? Car is a 2002 Skoda Fabia, the electrics have always been a bit tetchy but this is a new one on me..

Make sure indicator stalk is centred

On some cars if you leave your indicator stalk at one of the indicate positions this happens.
