What if I reject on delivery?

    Hey guys,

    I ordered a lofitech squeezebox last week. Today i found out that I could apply a voucher of 15% which would of gotten a considerable chuck of money off it. It hasnt arrived here yet. Is there anything I could do to get the 15% off? what if I reject it on delivery would i have to pay delivery charge (which is free since it was over a certain price)?

    have you contacted them and asked if you could apply the 15% retrospectively? wight be worth an ask anyway? you could always explain your other plan in the hope to encourage them to refund you the 15%

    When buying online you have the right to return the item, no reason is necessary. You could do that, although you'll have to cover the postage costs.

    Email them saying why was'nt your voucher deducted from your bill...
    Then quote them the voucher number and question is their site working properly... :D not entirely honest maybe but it might work.
    (thats if the voucher was around when you originally ordering)
