DIY Jobs on 07 Qashqai?

    Hi,
    Looking to know whether or not 2 jobs on an 07 Qashqai are DIYable?
    1. Replacing rear brake pads
    2. Replacing rear shocks
    Fairly competent person attempting to save €€€'s :D
    Any links to "How to do" or "Step by step " type guides appreciated!!

    are the shocks leaking or is there a knocking noise coming from them??

    TBH not sure, the Queen left it in for a €99 service and they did a report saying that they needed to be replaced....I haven't looked at the shocks, there is a bit of knocking when driving on rough roads though??

    theres a fault with the rear shocks on qashqai's , the lower bush goes on them. nissan are\were replacing the shcoks for free.
