Loving the new season of Trek. Its much better than the last one. The end of this episode puzzled me though. Why didn't the Klingons just beam up out of the fire ring and beam down outside it?

Loving the new season of Trek. Its much better than the last one.

The end of this episode puzzled me though. Why didn't the Klingons just beam up out of the fire ring and beam down outside it?

Those last two eps were rubbish. The one before Mauraders particularly sucked.

the ignited plasma cause an artifical electromagnetic field around them thus preventing transport.

I liked the episode, unoriginal storey but quite watchable

I thought that I was watching the A-Team in that episode. For example, was the weapons officer deliberatly trying to miss? No deaths at all. pfft
