MOTORS MEET - Saturday March 24th Portlaoise

Right ladies and gents, we're gonna keep this going as they've been going so well with great turnouts , we're organising a meet for Saturday 24th March at 12.00 at Midway in Portlaoise.

It's exit 17 off the M7. It's impossible to miss but just to hammer it home this is the place.

This is an informal gathering of like minded people that just wish to talk and look at cars and anyone acting the d1ck will be told swiftly where to go. That means no racing, burnouts, drifting - that's not what the meets have ever been like or will ever be like.

What usually happens is we arrive, have a chat, get a munch and chat some more. It's a great way to get to know other posters and to (hopefully) see some nice metal. It doesn't matter if you drive a Skoda or a Ferrari , it makes no difference and everyone is welcome. As always, if people cant get there under their own steam and need lifts or anything just mention it and I'm sure something can be sorted out.

I'll top that list as I am headed to Limerick anyway and would love to meet up. Have two heads with me though so if I.can't twist their arms I'm out.

I'd love to go to this, I really enjoyed the last one.
If i can come it'll probably be only for an hour or so because ill probably have my kids that weekend.
The big question is......would folks mind if i brought my 12 year old son along for a look?
(btw i wont be remotely insulted if ye dont want him along)

i know i wouldnt mind and dont think anyone else would seeing as how he has more experience with quads than most of us! just clean the alfa will ya!

My missus is working that day and since its the first Saturday I'll have free since 2nd week of Feb, I've planned to do the brakes in the Micra so if I get 'em done I'll pop along.
