    It clearly wasn't bought for the petrol selling side with profits so small nowadays. Would the Offy and store be busy? Good for a few jobs I would think.

    It was fully refurbished a year before owner had to sell. Busiest petrol station in ballyhaunis, it was sorely missed. Great to have it back

    It was bought by a group who are already involved in the forecourt trade, the other bidder i believe wanted to keep it as is as well.

    Reserve was just under 500k , sellers were very lucky that there was two very interested buyers otherwise you could easily have knocked 300k off the price.
