OSX Mail Issue

    Wondering Could Someone shed some light with this,Using Mail for Business and to cut to the point some Emails Just won't open and they could vary from html/ or just plain text it just comes up loading, Yet Some Emails with are html/plain text come up fine. Any ideas?

    Description too vague.

    A plain text email can't fail to open so you must be referring to attached files that OSX can't associate with a specific application. So you must determine the file creator(s) then install suitable software that can open the file(s).

    For example, a PC user kept sending me files with extension ".wpd". I tracked this down to "WordPerfect" and I was able to download and install the free "NeoOffice" to open the .wpd files.
