Finally got my first moab just there!!

Just Myself, Eamonn and Scarecrow in a 6v6 tdm on seatown. Running support streaks, ran out out of ammo and had to knife two guys because the first didn't drop a gun

Almost forgot to call it in with the excitement

Even I got one a few weeks back as you know, that's an insult in itself :pac:

It was really jammy though, should be on my fileshare. But should have died so many times. Kells can testify, I was more shocked than happy but still.. glad to have broke the nuke/MOAB curse that's been on me since the 2nd week of MW2
ie: 7 in 1 week and none after that :-/

I think I've gotten around 10 myself with 6 different guns. Got a P90 one yesterday. I'm really tempted to try for a riot shield one. I dont get angry at cod but if I died on like a 20 killstreak with the riot shield I'd probally smash the ps3

I've tried it a few times and have gotten very close to a riot shield nuke (majority of kills being with the riot shield) in MW2 (this was the first week of MW2 when people were playing for fun and not being spacks) and once in MW3 but what makes it really difficult is the lack of vision after 10 or so kills and having to play so utterly defensive at times.

I've seen Xcal on Youtube in the past go on some mighty streaks with it too and get close in MW2.

edit - I should also add, for me anyway the riot shield in MW2 vs MW3 there is something very off putting about the latter. Something has changed it feels. Hard to explain though.

Yeah the riot shiled feels like a piece of tin this game and after a few shots you're blinded aswell. Just something I might give a go before I sell the game

Think I got the 10 nukes challenge on mw2 then stopped after that :P

This games so fast paced I never seem to get big killstreaks

Nukes were a pisstake, 7 kills is all you really need most of the time.

MOAB's either suit your style of play or they don't. so much easier in a good party tho.

Magill it's easier in a party of 2-4 than a party of 6 due to the obvious reasons of running around after kills.

Still remember that session you, me and Perrin(?) had a good while ago now. We could have called in 2 MOAB's a game on BOPS.

Scrapping for kills in a full party makes it more of problem.. for me personally.

Depends. If it's a full party of 6 then it's generally not easier, too much fighting for kills (though hardline pro helps) but maybe if the rest were running support and holding your back it might be.

Smaller parties/randoms on your team who have some idea of what they're doing is the easiest.

What really bothers me is that I could never get a nuke in MW2 with it's stackable killstreaks and playing in a full boards party yet I go on a 27 gun killstreak in this playing in a party of 3 in a tdm game and not even using specialist

Its probably easier in smaller groups but its not exactly hard to get 30+ kills in any group unless ur playing super defensive. And its less likely ull die in good parties. Just from experience... The better the party the better the k/d.

I've only 4 moabs and they're all solo pc ones. But that's more to do with me being much better on pc.

It's very rare there's going to be 180+ deaths on the opposition team in Domination.
