My uncle died. We were in with him last night, he was in great form and we all had great craic. Dunno if that makes it easier or harder

We got to the gates of the hospital today when we got the call, literally about a minute too late. Absolutely heartbroken but should be grateful to have had such an unreal person in my life for so long. And I got told in front of everyone last night that I was the favourite

And now I gotta sit down and write a politics essay and drive to Galway with it in the morning. Seems so pointless in the grand scheme of things.

But see the problem is that he honestly doesnt seem immature, Ive known him for years and he's always been the least immature out of all the guys I know, and hes most definately not a player or anything similar to that, so this is pretty out of character for him.. ><

Really sorry to hear that Squishy. You should definitely get an extension on that essay...the college is really understanding with this sort of thing and they should be able to give you a few days to spend at home with your family before having to worry about college work

I just want to know what's wrong with my sister. I just want her to get better. I just wish I could help. I just want her to live a normal life. To be able to go somewhere with her friends without a bag of medication and still having to come home when the pains get too bad.

She hasn't been in school in 3 weeks, she's back in hospital Tuesday. If she misses much more school we're going to have to get her grinds in tons of her subjects which we really can't afford, or else she'll have to stay back and then she'd be 16 finishing 2nd year which wouldn't be fair on her. The school said they'd send home her homework by email but they haven't. This has been going on for a year.

It's not fair and there's nothing I can do to make it better...

father decided to get a new car move down to a 1 l from the ridiculously hard to fuel 1.6

i said i'm finally making decent money i'll go halfs with you and then at least i'll have some claim to it and i'm not just a son using his parents. all well and good.
that is until i realised the car he was buying. I am now the 50 percent shareholder in a bloody nissan micra the carina will be disgusted when she sees what replaced her. First world problems indeed.

Got a grand total of about 2 hours sleep last night due to sickness... missed all my lectures and did a radio show waaay below our (relatively low) usual standard. (and for the record, lectures were early in the morning, radio show was in the afternoon)

On the upside, I did manage to use the time I spent up wisely, by collating a list of my favourite euphemisms for diarrhea.

- The squits
- The trots
- The brown rain
- Battle of the Somme in my innards.
- The Chunky Sputters
- Bum gravy

Stuck in bed with a chest infection, meaning I've missed a day of college and it was two of the hardest subjects today that I'm already struggling with.

Still waiting for news on my friends mum, last we heard she was unconscious. She isn't texting us back and it looks as if there's people home. I don't know what to do, I'd say she probably needs space at the moment. This is just so awful.

This has been one of the most horrible few days I've had in a long time and I feel so guilty for feeling sorry for myself about having a fúcking chest infection when there's clearly much more horrible things going on just a few doors down.

My brain is dissolving. The most annoying child is singing/shouting Jingle Bells in a hybrid Waterford-Dublin Scumbag accent behind me. Its February. Where are the parents? The mother is singing along in a harsh Dublin junkie accent. She keeps saying incredibly crass things to a complete stranger, littering her sentences with swears. I hate the Waterford bus.

This time of year around valentines day is always so ****ty, and something always happens that has me left in tears feeling like ****.
