Band seek rehearsal space

Hey, I'm looking to get a permanent rehearsal space for my band, was wondering if anyone knows of any?

Looking for a room with own key 24 hour access, no (or little) restriction on playing times, a PA, and big enough for a five piece.

Will pay 300 - 350 p/m. Northside / city centre preferable.

A previous band I was in used "Volt" studios. We found it good. Our own room, 24/7 access and parking. Only thing was, we had to provide our own P.A. Here is the link anyway :
