You won't be able to convert an eps to a ttf. You need to be buying fonts not images of fonts, the sites you are looking at are photography stock sites. There are a lot of font websites you can view different fonts and then purchase, I recomend buying a family font as that way you can use bold, italic or bolditalic version of the font throughout you site no point in sticking to one font for the whole site.

    Try the following sites:
    www.fonts.com
    www.dafont.com
    www.myfonts.com
    www.1001freefonts.com

You might find a Font Face Dingbat that suits, but TBH I wouldn't be keen on inflicting any odd text/fonts on a site's visitors.
