Outsource company HCL

Hi folks,
My current job is being TUPE'd to a company called HCL, about which I have very little knowledge. Before I make a decision to transfer or not, I am seeking the opinion / advice of anyone who is currently working for them or may have worked for them or with them in the past. I know that they have a small presence here in the Republic (have recently TUPE'd some Eircom staff) with a larger one in the UK.

We're a client of theirs, so while I can't tell you anything about what they're like to work for, they are a very professional company who appear to have a very strong work ethic. Our account manager seems to have no problem answering emails and calls at all times of the day and night and even when she's on holiday.
But that could be her rather than the company themselves.

From a client's perspective they don't appear to have a very high staff turnover, which usually says something for any company.

To my knowledge they are an Indian company.
