    So I got a menu there in the mail and it got me thinking;

    Does anybody actually go to abrakebabra, is their extortionately priced food actually any good and how does it manage to stay open?

    Chap who owns it is rich.

    But it's the only place to go if you want food poisoning, they guarantee it free with any order where you spend over 5 yoyos.

    Was in the one in dun laoghaire last year and was sitting next to the counter and was staring at the fit one behind the counter cutting up the kebab when she dropped loads of the meat on the floor and instead of putting it in the bin it went straight into the container ready to be served.

    Their floors must be really clean if you can do that. Maybe they get a bad press after all.
    I once dropped the insides of a kebab on a table people were sitting at as I was walking by them. I was so drunk I just sat down with them and ate it with a knife and fork off the table. Some fella asked me if I was looking for a dig . No I replied just my Kebab.

    Good times.

    Because theyre franchised, the quality varies greatly.

    The one in Athlone was poison, closed down about 7 years ago. The one in Letterkenny closed recently and I know a few people who were very disappointed, don't know what it was like myself however, the Athlone one has put me off Abra for life. There's one in the town I live in now, and in 2 years of living here, I've never even thought of going to it.

    Thank you for taking the time to make that stellar contribution from the sanctity of your magnificently appointed Tuscan villa.

    Rarely.

    For fast food it's either Lennox's, KC's or Hillbilly's.

    Taco chips - no better way to end a night out! No worse way to start the next day with three 'sittings' on the throne in the space of an hour. Major ringsting, they should give you Babywipes and savlon cream in the bag instead of a fork and napkin.

    How can something so right be so wrong :(

    kebabs are best eaten when drunk, cause they look hideous when you're sober

    I ate a Zaytoons kebab sober once and it just didn't taste right.

    They're phenomenal when drunk though.
