    Hello all.

I have a question regarding this new phone network. If you're unaware of what it is, it's basically this new online phone network, whereby you pay a ten euro ''membership fee'' per month which allows you unlimited calls and texts to any Irish network.

However, the maximum length of time you can spend is 48 months, as it's only for 18-22 year olds.

Is there not some EU legislation against discriminating on consumers based on age? I thought it may be a degree of price discrimination, but for that to be possible, wouldn't it need to be available to other groups at a different price?
