Does anybody have information about how to get to Canon island by boat?
Are there local people that do trips?
    Thanks.

The island is owned by two people. One of the owners was or may still have it for sale through Casey auctioneers http://www.daft.ie/searchsale.daft?id=569019.

One of the islands has an old church/monastery and locals go out for mass there at some particular date from the quay in Kildysart. If you ring the post office in kildysart they will give you names of the locals who boats and who still farm the islands.
