Help - stuck in werewolf mode

I've been a werewolf a few times, each time I was maybe in werewolf mode for 3 mins... I've been in werewolf mode for over half an hour now, real time. I've been a werewolf a few times, each time I was maybe in werewolf mode for 3 mins... I've been in werewolf mode for over half an hour now, real time. I only feed on 3 people, no rings of hircene, so there is no way I should still be in wolf form.
My last save was prior to me completing the stormcloaks campaign, so I don't want to reload. I'm playing on Xbox btw, and all the tips i've seen has been to enter script which I don't think I can do from xbox (i'm a newbie, so bear with me if I'm wrong)... any advice on how to become my lovely high elf self again???
