IE Explorer stuff, weird!

Sometimes (not always) when I click "Back" ,I get a sorta strange code atop the page and the text has turned to a blue colour. Seems to only happen on a couple of sites!!! Anyone know what this is?

i think microsoft ie 6 is slowing my connection to the internet i have isdn but it says im connecting at 64k also when i use netscape its very fast well i have repaired ie6 lots of time no impovement well i dunno
