DART fine appeal address and information.

I got a DART fine on the 5th of January and I have only got around to writing my appeal today and I can't find my fine receipt anywhere. Does anybody have the address which I should it to? And also would I have to include your fine receipt/fine no.?

17. IS THERE A RIGHT OF APPEAL AGAINST A FIXED
PENALTY PAYMENT?
If you wish to appeal against a Fixed Penalty Payment, with
which you have been issued, you must do so in writing to
address shown on the receipt given to you by the inspector
within 21 days. Failure to pay will lead to a prosecution a
criminal conviction plus a fine of up to a €1000.

I can't find my receipt though and the address is nowhere to be found on their website.

It depends who issued the fine.

DART fines generally go through RPU Office in Pearse Station.

There is no legal obligation to accept or consider an appeal.
