This is bull****. There are plenty of fist fights at GAA and rugby matches every weekend. The only difference is that this is on video, if the GAA react to Duffy by replaying the match I'll boycott them for 12 months, and thats about €600-800 they'll be down on a year.

Mad accent day today it seems.

takes a meath man to bring some sense to it.

6 of one and half a dozen of the other sums that fight up perfectly.

forget the rest of his call though.

Ah, tradition and "ah shure dere great local lads with passion" being used to excuse the terrible standard of disciple in all areas of the GAA.

Good to see that at least one of the previously untouchable Irish Holy Trinity of Fianna Fail, the Church and the GAA is still going strong.

I reckon if someone got a look at the books in the organisation there'd be some hair raising stuff in there. A rotten, poorly run organisation in every aspect other than getting that cash.

Way too much about the health service on Liveline.. RTE should have a dedicated medical show if they want to down that route... I mean how does it make sense to employ all these people in the HSE to deal with people's complaints, and then when they dont deal with the complaints satisfactorily, they ring 400k a year Joe Duffy to act as intermediary..

Croke Park is obviously working just as effectively as a semi final junior club match.

this is bull, it's not going to be solved today. He said, she said, they said, he started the row, no he started the row.
It's a GAA problem - not something that liveline can solve.

The GAA just needs to kick teams out of competitions if a melee breaks out involving subs, crowds, etc. It's the only way to stamp it out.

This mumbler on saying that it's a man's game and they should be able to take a thump. janey mack. A fair shoulder and a some pushing between players, fair enough, but rows with 20 players with arms and legs swinging isn't part of the game!
