    Hi all,
Got a second UPC HD box (was supposed to be recordable but that's another issue) and set it up but have no HD channels on it. Can anyone shed some light on why that is? I have them on the other box.
Another question, why can't you delete or skip channels on the EPG?
    Thanks J

Are you sure it's a HD box? Just because it has a HDMI port no longer means that it's HD as some of the newer non-HD boxes now have both SCART and HDMI.

The menu system for scrolling through the channels is diferent on the different boxes, exactly which model box are you talking about?

Cant find pic on web of this box but it says on the front
UPC Mediabox HD. The make and model is Pace DCR7111/05.
    Thanks

Im not sure then. I was of the impression that there is only one HD box which is definately a PVR. Your best bet is to contact UPC and ask them what the story is.

yup, UPC do have PACE HD STBs which are HD compatible but not recordable. Give customer support a ring and they will swap it out for a Cisco HD DVR
