    http://www.windows7freedownload.org
    http://windows-product.com

or if not do you know any reputable sources? Thanks alot

so if microsoft don't sell it then you can only get OEM and old stock.

ie. if you don't get something in a box then it probably isn't genuine

Both of those sites are 1/10th the normal price , totally warez , say goodbye to any money you spend on them http://www.microsoftstore.ie/

you could buy a business version of windows 7 and downgrade
you could buy a retail copy secondhand - buyer beware !

or you could buy a secondhand PC with a copy of vista and sell your old one

bottom line is microsoft have complete control on the supply of windows so they can pull the plug on older versions

Why you would want to I dont know.

Just buy a copy of windows 7 home premium....anything that was able to run vista will run 7 faster, its much less bulky than vista was.

No reason to have a vista license. You can always jump from a XP to a 7 license, or just buy a 7 license outright.

As you said yourself Microsoft don't produce it anymore. There are no reputable sources that sell it as Microsoft have done their best to stop any retailers selling it. If you absolutely need Vista you could try to buy a second hand licence but with all the copyright laws I don't even know if thats legal.
