wow, what a hit. Thomas looks like he was KOed for a second. Questionable return?

Serious play by the SF D! Although whoever that receiver was looked out cold after that hit!

Didn't think there was anything wrong with it as he had turned into a runner after the catch.

Don't know if you know of this site but could have got them here www.firstrowsports.com for free!

Well I could use it now as I borrowed a laptop from Swiss girl who is staying at my hostel but she leaves today so only have my ipod touch and only way to see the packers game is by gamepass. I do what it takes.

Big turnover there for 49ers. It was important they make a stop early.

Ah right sorry, thought you had your own! At least Gamepass works on your iPod!

Deliberate helmet to helmet is dirty in my book. Especially as the guy looked to be concussed afterwards.

If he had launched himself, or had another option I might agree, but Thomas had gotten so low and was driving for the endzone, the defender didn't have a huge target to hit. If he goes low Thomas gets the FD or TD IMO.

The result of a tackle shouldn't really be used to say if it's dirty or not.

    Saints have been unlucky early.

    Lost Graham and Thomas (possibly)
Lost fumble on 2 after driving down the field
Force fumble on subsequent 49ers drive but fail to recover
Nearly block the punt (get a piece) and it's still downed on the 15!

Aldon Smith has some motor doesnt he? He never stops on any play. Very good series for the Niners D

They were getting $10 an hour which is a lot of money for shoveling snow for a day....1200 people showed up, but they only needed the first 400 and the rest were sent home!

Right well I take back the dedication comment then. Cheeky feckers. Good idea from the Packers though.

Well Graham's back in, so that's one plus for them!

    A. Smith has started well. Looks sharp and tosses a nice pass to Davis for the TD (Despite the Saints players taking each other out of tha play)

    49'ers got game.

Great to see the niners go ahead, set it up nicely for a good match if the Niners can keep their D playing well.

Boom. The perfect start for this game. Great stuff all round well unless you are talking about the Saints D

Yeah, like to cost of getting them in would far outweigh what they could lose if the stadium was deemed unsafe....b1tch for them though is if it snows heavy tonight, which is forecast, they'll have a huge rush in the morning to get things sorted!
