    I love the buzz of loosing weight or toning up basically just noticing that a piece of clothing looks damn good on you compared to a month ago,

    For some reason, I love weight-loss programmes - Operation Transformation, The Biggest Loser, Obese - A Year to Save My Life. Love seeing them becoming what they want to be and finding a happier life :)

    I love those too, but IMO the funnier ones are when they dont, and fail miserably ;)
