In Car Media/USB Player

Hello, I hope this is the correct forum for this, apologies if not.

We have 2 young kids and we are thinking about buying in car monitors for them to watch their kids shows on our long journeys. When researching we can only seem to find in car dvd players/monitors, none of which have USB connections. Most of our kids movies are on our laptop so we'd like to get monitors for the car in to which we could plug our USB stick. Do such items exist and where could we buy them? I'm not being lazy, I've checked komplett, maplin, argos and a few others but I haven't found anything yet.

I suspect a more practicable and versatile solution would be to get the kids one or more portable media players with big-ish screens. There are numerous ones mentioned on the pages that start at this one:

For anyone else who may come across this thread, Halfords have 9 inch dual in car screens with USB connectivity (and DVD) for sale at €149, they seem decent enough. Currys had a 7 inch set for just €99 but the quality didn't seem too good at all.
