Could have done with a TD there to be honest, the Steelers will be feeling a little bit more confident after stopping them there.

Looks like they may get something on this drive too which would be disappointing.

    EDIT - Maybe not :P

Who to support? I'd rather play the Steelers at home than the Patriots away, but I'd rather Broncos home to Steelers home, but the Broncos have a far worse chance than the Steelers of beating NE.

    Steelers are rattled.

Every year there is an upset, guessing this is this season's one.

only a 14 point game.....worst thing that could happen is half time.

Well that was some 2nd Q, we've obliterated all our demons on those bad 2nd Qs we had recently.

Right, I'm going to call it:

The Steelers will come out in the 2nd half firing on all cylinders and pull a win out of the bag :(

Hopefully the complete opposite happens now :P

NE showed alot of holes in the last game between the two, if the Broncos can beat the Steelers they can beat the Patriots because the Steelers are a significantly better team overall.

I know sod-all about Ben Roethlisberger but for those who do,can you keep an eye to see if he is moving around les than usual? It seems his passing may have collapsed after he was hit and I am wondering if he is too worried about his ankle and it is affecting his playing.

Lads it's only half time...can't see it continuing like this, the Steelers secondary isn't going to let those plays in the second half...have a feeling they'll shut it down!

Both teams have each dominated a quarter...Steelers failed to capitalise....only a two score game....far from over!

Is there a certain reason you need to know compared to usual?!

It's been mentioned countless times by the commentators that he isn't his usual self movement wise in the pocket!

So far so good but the steelers in the second half scare me, long way to go yet. If we score from the opening possession it would be a big deal though, would keep momentum with us from the offset. Still a long way to go as i said though, they could very easily come back.

Fair enough.Didnt hear it.I was jumping between the game and politice.ie during the first half. Committed to the game now

Should they replace him...especially as they will be in the same position with him in later games if they do manage to win?

    No!

This has to be Denver ball, there's no way that was forward.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 864 ✭✭✭human 19

Denver should get the ball and make it a 3 score game

Play like this and no reason Denver can't win in Foxboro and the thirty first defense in the league

Big challange here - could put the Broncos out of reach.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

The officials over the last couple of nights have been so trigger happy on their whistles.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

    This is an outrage.

Am I right in saying that audio isnt part of the reveiw process?

Really bad officiating there, blowing up far to early

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

    Fucking disgraceful refereeing, absolute joke.

Between this and the early whistle in the Detroit game something should be done.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,145 ✭✭✭Benny Cake

Really poor from the officials, blowing the play dead cost Denver possession...
